For Kwila furniture there is a process required in order to release the tannin from the natural hardwood timber to help stop the timber from excess bleeding and to allow the timber to preserve its natural look. Over time the timber may be weathered and will change colours however there are procedures that can be applied to help your timber setting look new as the moment you first set it up.
