Delivery and Collection

Click and Collect:

  • Upon collection of goods, proof of purchase must be presented
  • Upon collection of the goods, the customer takes responsibility for the purchase being complete and all ownership is passed onto customer once item has been collected.
  • Please contact us regarding assembly as we do have a contractor that can come to your home to assembly your new furniture
  • Items will be collected from our Hallam Showroom, they are open between 9.30-3.30pm from Monday-Saturday and Sunday will be via appointment. Please call (03) 9708 6336 for more information regarding pickup. 
 

Deliveries

  • We will ensure prompt delivery service and have your items delivered to you within the agreed timeframe. In rare situations, if the delivery has been delayed, we will get in touch with you.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring there is adequate access to the property to allow the delivery of the goods on the agreed date of delivery
  • The customer or nominated representative will be required to be available in person when you have agreed to the time frame of your delivery, if no one is present and a second delivery is required, an additional fee will be added onto a redelivery date.
  • Any damage to the goods at time of delivery needs to be reported to the drive and store immediately, we can follow up through management.
  • Under no circumstances will we deliver over balcony rails, through windows any scenario that may be deemed as unsafe. Our drivers may have the right to refuse at any time.

We are happy to ship Australia wide to any home with reasonable access. Please bear in mind with many of our packages, as we mix and match chairs, tables and other items there is not a standard shape, size or weight and your order may require individual quoting for freight.

We will be in contact to discuss delivery options and provide specific pricing for you if your location is not on our schedule. Please note that if anytime after you have processed your order online, you may cancel your order for a full refund prior to shipping. Delays in transit, although infrequent, are sometimes unavoidable. We work very hard with our carriers to provide an excellent service, but circumstances beyond our control will occasionally occur. Should such a delay occur we will work with you to minimise any inconvenience, however, we will not be held responsible for such delays. Please note that an order cancelled by you in transit will be treated as a '30 day guarantee return' and you will receive a full refund, less shipping each way, once the items have been returned to us in good order and condition.
